Day Four - The Cleanse - Some Difficulty

Saw a movie with the wife today as it is a holiday. Noted that there is absolutely nothing I can eat at the movie theater. Some unsalted, overpriced almonds would be a fine addition.

Also, food is back to tasting normal. I am dying for some bread, cheese, red meat, real salsa, fruit juice, bacon, sausage, pasta, condiments of *any* frakkin' kind, cheese burger, taco, donair, pizza, hell even a stir fry with some proper teriaki sauce, no soy sauce means no sushi (for me anyway), the next 8 days are going to be kind of hard I think.
  • Breakfast: Omelet - 4 free range omega-3 eggs, green onion, green pepper, various spices, 1c fried potatoes, 1/4c home made salsa
  • Lunch: 1 paprika-oregano chicken breast, 1c lentil dahl
  • Snack: 2 tbsp roasted organic almonds
  • Dinner: 2 pieces broiled talapia with greek spices, 2c mixed greens salad
  • Snack: 1c Organic-hippy-all natural grain flake cereal, 1/2c plain lite soy milk
Went to MMA tonight... There were a few punches to the head, and I think my soy based dressing may have turned as I feel a little nauseous. Could be all that exercise after leading a sedentary lifestyle for so long.

Tomorrow is easter dinner with the relatives. Out of town for two days, it is going to be tough to stay on diet. I'll have to bring my handbook so I can double-check on what I'm actually able to eat.
