Went to MMA tonight, great class! I finished the "Polish hell" A.K.A. the "Elbows Drill" for the first time in 6 months. My round house to the head is sloppy, lacking height, precision and power, that said my other kicks and strikes are improving! Sensai also complemented me for the second time ever which I found a little off-putting. We were doing a jab/knee strike combo 8 times across the room and I was just nailing it. I'm slowly starting to bruise up... and my shins and quads are swollen.
Cooked a healthy meal masquerading as comfort food for Raegan and we watched a great new show by Tim Minar called "Drive". Best of all it has the indomitable Nathan Fillion/Captain Mal in it.
