Damned if I don't....

I fully understand that a popular theory right now is that counting calories is not effective. Still coupled with a healthy meal plan and a rudimentary knowledge of nutrition it is still a good barometer for how much one is consuming in a given day.

2700 calories is too much for a man who wants to lose weight. Even if they were quality meals and *clean* food.

In order to lose 2lbs per week I need to eat no more than 1900 calories per day.

So it seems on the days I don't work out I have a really hard time shaking my cravings for that after dinner snack that is usually my undoing for the entire day. I guess the most obvious solution is to just get some exercise every day.

Yes, I was supposed to weight train today but... but... but...

"Random excuse"

"I was sore from MMA"

"I wanted to spend more time with Raegan"

If losing weight isn't important enough for me to undergo some discomfort or sacrifice then why am I so preoccupied with my physical well being and fitness level?
